Don’t see your organization listed or is it grayed out?
If your organization is grayed out in the dropdown, that means it’s already been upgraded to the Frame platform. If it doesn’t appear at all, no worries—you can still request a brand new site for a different ministry or group using the link below.


What to Expect After You Submit Your Request

Once we receive your upgrade request, here’s what happens next:

  1. Verification

We’ll verify that you’re authorized to act on behalf of your church, school, or ministry. This usually involves contacting your pastor, principal, or another representative.

  1. Upgrade & Setup

Once authorization is confirmed, we’ll upgrade your existing site to the Frame platform. This includes setting up your new site environment and preparing login access.

  1. Access Details Sent

When your upgraded site is ready, you’ll receive an email with your login link and setup instructions. From there, you’re ready to start customizing your website.

Most upgrades are processed within 2–3 business days after authorization is complete.
