What to Expect After You Submit Your Request

Once we receive your new site request, here’s what happens next:

Verification

We’ll reach out to your organization’s leadership to verify your request and confirm that we have the go-ahead to move forward.

Site Creation

Once authorization is received, we’ll create your new website on the Frame platform and set up your initial login access.

Access Details Sent

You’ll receive an email with a link to set your password and log in. From there, you can begin customizing your site using our flexible page builder, themes, and tools.

Most upgrades are processed within 2–3 business days after verification is complete.
