What is Frame by Adventist Connect, and how does it differ from Adventist Church Connect and Adventist School Connect?
Frame by Adventist Connect is the next-generation platform designed on WordPress to replace both Adventist Church Connect and Adventist School Connect, offering a unified, modernized solution for church and school websites across the North American Division. It builds on the foundation of the previous platforms but introduces significant enhancements in both functionality and user experience. The system will be hosted on the NADCloud.
Does content from my old site transfer to my new site?
Yes! If you’re currently on Adventist Church/School Connect, and you’re DNS information is updated, we will move all the content over and give you an opportunity to review and adjust the new site. Then you give final approval and we can make the switch!
Does creating or hosting a site on Adventist Connect cost anything?
Nope—it’s completely free for churches, schools, and ministries within the North American Division.
Who is eligible to use Frame?
Any Adventist church, school, or official ministry in the North American Division.
Do I need to know how to code to use Frame?
Not at all. Frame uses a drag-and-drop editor and pre-designed layouts so anyone can build and manage a site.
How long does it take to upgrade my Basic site or create a new site?
Once we receive your request, we typically begin processing it within 48 hours. Before we can launch your site, we’ll complete a quick verification process to confirm you’re authorized to set up the website on behalf of your church, school, or ministry.
What if our organization doesn’t have a domain name?
No problem! We’ll automatically provide a free subdomain based on your organization type—either under adventistchurch.org or adventistschoolconnect.org. If you already own a domain or plan to purchase one, we’ll help you connect it to your new site.
Can multiple people edit our website?
Yes! You can have as many users and roles as you need to help manage your site. On Frame you can add Site Admins, Editors, and several other roles that allow you to segment permissions to different users. And there is no limit to the number of user accounts you can add.
Is my website secure?
Yes. Every site includes SSL security, daily backups, and is hosted on the secure NADCloud infrastructure.
