Adventist Connect (AC) seeks motivated, dependable individuals to work as a Team Lead (TL). The SLs support AC and its mission by providing supervision and support to the Engagement Connection Center team. Shift leaders are experts in the area of Customer Service, have shown themselves able to lead, and have an expressed desire to mentor and develop others in providing excellent customer service. TLs are responsible and committed to quality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide real-time direction and shift-based support to the Connection Center team, ensuring task completion and alignment with team goals. 
  • Serve as the on-shift point of contact for questions, troubleshooting, and guidance. 
  • Monitor team performance and morale, offering encouragement and clear expectations. 
  • Mentor team members by providing consistent coaching and skill-building support. 
  • Lead development sessions focused on digital evangelism, spiritual care, and communication excellence. 
  • Monitor attendance

The hourly range for this position is between $17.29 – 17.37.
